Orders & Returns


Our website irecupe.com handles all orders for irecupe products and operates in US dollars. Relevant state tax will be added at the end of your transaction.

Customers have the option to create an account making it easier for oversight of past orders and manage preferences.

Alternatively, you can simple ‘check out as a guest’ with no obligation to create an account.

If you wish to return a product you can do so within 14 days of receipt provided the product is unopen and intact (not used). We cannot accept used items or products returned after this timeline.

All refunds are made via the same method (credit card) used to purchase the product/s when the shipping receipt is enclosed with the returned product.

Please allow 14-21 days for refunds to appear in your account.

Unreceipted returns will be refunded via an eGift card and eGift cards are non-refundable.

Shipping fees are not covered by irecupe when returning product/s. We will not be able to take responsibility for goods which do not reach us or go astray. It is recommended you use a reputable courier with a tracking service to ensure your parcel reaches us.

By exception, if there was an error on our part, your postage costs will be refunded where a receipt is provided.
