Yes, irecupe products are shipped worldwide.
4Can I become an agent or distributor of irecupe products?
Yes, please contact us at inquiries@irecupe.com with your requirements and we will follow up with you thereafter.
5How do I become a stockist?
Simply contact us at inquiries@irecupe.com and we will do the rest.
6Can I buy on-line with my details and have them delivered to someone else’s address?
Yes
7What if I change my mind, can I return them?
Yes, you can return irecupe products within 14 days of purchase if they are in their original packaging and unused.
8When will the ‘coming soon’ irecupe products be available?

9Do you accept paypal?
Yes
10What does the postage cost?

11What do I do if once I have placed my order I want to change it?
You can either re-order anything new you previously did not order and return any unwanted items when your order arrives or e-mail us at inquiries@irecupe.com to see if we can intercept your order amending it accordingly.

Payment & Store Credit

1Where do I enter my promo or gift card code?
To retrieve your gift, enter the code in the gift card or discount code field during the Checkout process.
2 What forms of payment do you take?
We accept the following:
  • Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover
  • Our Gift Cards: enter the Gift Card number in the Apply Gift Card in the payment section at Checkout
3 Where can I find my store credit balance?
To verify the remaining balance, please log into your My Account.
4 Do you have a referral or affiliate program?
Not currently, but this is something we’re exploring for the future!
5 Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we plan to offer gift cards in the near future and they will become available on line and can be purchased on our website. After purchase, gift cards will be sent to you in an email. You will also able to then email the gift card to a gift recipient. Gift cards can also be combined with discount codes during checkout. Gift cards are applied to the final order total which includes shipping and taxes. You cannot use a gift card to buy another gift card.
6 Is there a gifting option?
Not yet, but we’re hoping to add options for ideal gift packaging!

Account Management

1I lost my password, how can I retrieve it?
Click “Lost your password?” in the login page and enter your email address. We will send you an email to reset your password.
2 How can I track my order?
If you have an account, simply log in and click on “My Orders” to view order status. Upon shipment you will also receive an email notification with the order’s tracking number.
3 How do I change/delete my address?
To edit or delete your address, log into your account and click “Addresses” on the menu. Then scroll down to the address you want to change and click on either the “Edit” or “Delete” buttons of the address.
4 Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before the shipment has been initiated if it has not yet shipped. Please email us at inquiries@irecupe.com
